Job OverviewGenix Entertainment is looking for a motivated, organized, and enthusiastic HR Intern to support our Human Resources operations. This role offers practical exposure to recruitment, employee onboarding, attendance and leave management, employee engagement, HR documentation, and day-to-day HR activities.
The ideal candidate should have positive communication skills, a willingness to learn, and the ability to coordinate effectively with candidates, employees, and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities• Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, resume screening, and interview scheduling.
• Coordinate with candidates through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other recruitment platforms.
• Conduct initial telephonic screening rounds and assess candidates based on job requirements.
• Schedule interviews and follow up with candidates regarding interview status and feedback.




• Assist with employee onboarding, joining formalities, documentation, and maintaining employee records.
• Maintain employee attendance, leave records, and related HR data.
• Support payroll preparation by collecting and verifying attendance and leave information.
• Assist in preparing HR letters, offer letters, joining documents, and other employee-related documentation.
• Coordinate employee engagement activities, team celebrations, and internal communication.
• Maintain recruitment trackers, employee databases, and HR reports using Google Sheets or Excel.
• Handle employee queries and coordinate with the concerned team for timely resolution.
• Support the implementation of HR policies, procedures, and workplace discipline.
• Maintain the confidentiality of employee information and company records.
• Assist with other day-to-day HR operations and administrative responsibilities as required.
