Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Accounting and Sales role based in Mumbai. The role involves managing day-to-day accounting activities, including recording journal entries, reconciling accounts, preparing financial statements, and updating records in accounting software. The position also includes supporting sales operations by preparing quotations, invoices, and payment follow-ups, as well as coordinating with internal teams to ensure accurate billing and timely collections. The individual will assist in basic financial analysis to support pricing, cost tracking, and sales performance reporting. The role requires regular interaction with clients and vendors, maintaining skilled relationships, and ensuring clear, accurate communication regarding orders, payments, and documentation.
Qualifications
• Candidates should possess solid Finance and Analytical Skills to interpret data, support decision-making,



and review sales and cost trends.
• Candidates should possess solid knowledge of Financial Statements and Journal Entries (Accounting) for accurate recording and reporting of transactions.
• Candidates should possess proficiency with Accounting Software and related tools for managing ledgers, invoices, and reconciliations.
• Candidates should possess effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with sales teams, clients, and vendors.
• Candidates should possess strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Relevant academic background in Accounting, Commerce, Finance, or a related field; prior experience in accounting or sales support is an advantage.
