Role Description The Business Development Assistant is a full-time, on-site field job based in Kakinada. This role supports business growth by identifying potential clients, assisting with market outreach, getting the leads, fixing up the meetings with clients and maintaining accurate records of leads and opportunities. Day-to-day tasks include conducting market research, preparing presentations and proposals, coordinating meetings, and supporting customer follow-ups.

• Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills to engage effectively with clients, partners, and internal teams.
• Analytical Skills and Market Research capabilities to identify opportunities, trends, and competitive insights.
• Customer Service skills to provide responsive, professional support and ensure a positive client experience.
• Basic understanding of technology or interest in drones, aerial imaging, or related innovations.
• Ability to work on-site in Kakinada, manage multiple tasks, and maintain organized records of business activities.
• Proficiency in common office software (e.g., spreadsheets, presentations, CRM tools) is preferred.
• Relevant education in business, marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
