Position: Content Writer
Experience: 4–5 Years

? Key Responsibilities

• Draft project proposals, grant proposals & CSR proposals
• Develop concept notes, project plans, and project documentation
• Prepare donor reports, impact reports & project updates
• Write project objectives, outcomes, activities, and implementation plans
• Conduct research and develop needs assessments
• Prepare organisational profiles, presentations & partnership documents
• Coordinate with project teams to collect information and develop proposals
• Proofread and ensure quality, clarity, and accuracy of all documents

? What We’re Looking For

✔️ 4–5 years of relevant writing experience




✔️ Previous NGO / Non-Profit / Development Sector experience preferred
✔️ Strong proposal & grant writing skills
✔️ Excellent English writing and editing skills
✔️ Robust research and documentation abilities
✔️ Understanding of CSR, fundraising, and donor requirements
✔️ Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

? Candidates with experience in health, women empowerment, education, community development, or other social-impact projects will be preferred.
