About the Role
We are looking for a hands-on Paid Media Specialist to run and scale our paid acquisition across Meta, Google, X (Twitter), LinkedIn and ChatGPT ads. You will run campaigns end to end and own the numbers that matter: signups, upgrades and cost per acquisition (CPA) in our priority markets (North America, UK, Australia and Singapore).




This is an individual contributor role for someone who enjoys being in the ad accounts every day, testing quickly, and tying spend to real business outcomes.
What You Will Do
Campaign execution
• Plan, set up and launch campaigns across Meta, Google, X, LinkedIn and ChatGPT ads
• Manage budgets, bids, pacing and allocation across channels and markets
• Build audiences, keyword sets and targeting strategies by market and funnel stage

Creative and testing
• Brief designers, video editors and copywriters on ad creatives, hooks and landing page angles
• Run structured tests across creatives, copy, audiences, offers and landing pages
• Identify winners quickly, scale what works and cut what doesn't

Performance ownership
• Own signup volume, free-to-paid upgrades and CPA for SuperProfile in NA, UK, AU and SG
• Optimise for downstream conversion (paid upgrades), not just top-of-funnel signups
