Apple Hospital is a 200-bedded NABH Accredited Multi-Speciality Hospital in Indore, providing comprehensive healthcare services across multiple specialties. We are looking for an experienced HR qualified to join our Human Resources team and manage key HR operations in a healthcare environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage end-to-end HR operations including employee records, attendance, leave, onboarding, and HR documentation.
• Handle end-to-end recruitment, including manpower planning, sourcing, screening, interviews, selection, and onboarding.
• Coordinate joining formalities, induction, probation confirmation, and employee lifecycle processes.
• Manage attendance and leave processes through the HRMS and ensure timely and accurate monthly attendance processing.
• Prepare and coordinate payroll inputs, including attendance, leave, overtime, deductions, and other relevant HR data.
• Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and statutory requirements, including PF, ESIC,



professional tax, and other applicable compliances.
• Handle employee grievances, disciplinary matters, show-cause notices, warning letters, and other employee relations activities.
• Coordinate performance management and appraisal processes.
• Maintain HR MIS and prepare regular reports related to manpower, recruitment, attendance, turnover, and other HR metrics.
• Maintain employee files and HR records in accordance with organizational requirements and applicable standards.
• Support NABH-related HR documentation, training records, competency records, and audit requirements.
• Coordinate employee engagement, training, and development activities.
• Work closely with department heads to understand manpower requirements and support effective workforce planning.
• Ensure implementation of HR policies, procedures, and organizational guidelines.
• Provide HR support to employees and department heads
