Role Description The Packing Incharge for Cosmetic Industry at AGOrganica is a full time, on-site role based in Noida. This role is responsible for overseeing daily packing operations,



ensuring products are packed accurately, safely, and in line with quality standards and client specifications. The Packing Incharge coordinates with production and quality teams to manage packing schedules, allocate workforce, and maintain required inventories of packaging materials. Day-to-day tasks include supervising packing staff, monitoring line efficiency, checking labels and batch details, and ensuring compliance with hygiene, safety, and cosmetic industry regulations. The role also involves tracking output, maintaining packing records, identifying process improvements, and supporting timely dispatch of finished goods.

• Strong experience in supervising packing operations in cosmetics, FMCG, or related manufacturing environments.
