Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Quality Control Microbiologist role based at the Bavla facility. The role involves performing routine microbiological testing on raw materials, in-process samples, finished products,



and environmental samples to ensure compliance with regulatory and internal quality standards. The Quality Control Microbiologist will operate and maintain laboratory equipment, prepare culture media, perform microbial identification, and document all test results accurately in accordance with standard operating procedures. Responsibilities include supporting validation activities, investigating out-of-specification and deviation results, and collaborating with production and quality assurance teams to implement corrective and preventive actions. The role also requires adherence to safety protocols, participation in audits, and contribution to continuous improvement of laboratory methods and quality systems.
