About the Role
Digiweave is looking for a Performance Marketing Executive who can take ownership of paid campaigns and drive measurable results for our clients.You will work on real D2C, E-commerce, Fashion, Lifestyle and FMCG brands, managing campaigns across Meta and Google Ads with a focus on leads, sales, conversions and growth.

Key Responsibilities
• Plan, execute and optimise campaigns across Meta Ads and Google Ads.
• Drive leads, sales, conversions and customer acquisition through paid marketing.
• Manage campaign setup, targeting, budgets, optimisation and scaling.
• Monitor key metrics including ROAS, CPA/CAC, CPL, CTR, CPC, CPM and conversion rate.
• Analyse campaign performance and take data-driven optimisation decisions.
• Conduct A/B testing across creatives, audiences, ad copies and campaign strategies.
• Work with creative and social media teams to develop performance-focused creatives.




• Identify opportunities to scale successful campaigns while maintaining profitability.
• Troubleshoot underperforming campaigns and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure proper pixels, conversion tracking, events and analytics are in place.
• Prepare regular performance reports with insights and recommendations.
• Stay updated with platform changes, competitor activity and digital marketing trends.

What We’re Looking For
• 2+ years of hands-on experience in Performance Marketing.
• Strong experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads.
• Experience managing D2C and E-commerce campaigns independently.
• Proven ability to generate leads and/or sales through paid marketing.
• Strong understanding of campaign optimisation, tracking and performance analysis.
• Positive knowledge of ROAS, CAC, CPL, CPA and conversion metrics.
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines.
• Experience with Amazon Ads
