Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and strategic HR Head to lead the Human Resources function across the organization. The ideal candidate will have 15–18 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment, with strong expertise in HR Operations, Employee Relations, Industrial Relations, Talent Management, Statutory Compliance, Performance Management, and HR Strategy.

The HR Head will work closely with senior management and business leaders to build a robust people culture, ensure workforce effectiveness, and align HR initiatives with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
1. HR Strategy & Leadership
• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals.
• Lead the overall HR function and provide strategic HR support to management.
• Partner with Plant Heads, Department Heads, and Business Leaders on people-related matters.




• Drive organizational development, workforce planning, and manpower budgeting.
• Establish and continuously improve HR policies, processes, and SOPs.

2. Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning
• Lead recruitment strategy for corporate, plant, technical, managerial, and leadership positions.
• Plan manpower requirements based on business and production needs.
• Drive effective sourcing, selection, onboarding, and retention strategies.
• Build talent pipelines for critical and senior-level positions.

3. Employee Relations & Industrial Relations
• Manage employee grievances, disciplinary matters, conflicts, and workplace issues.
• Develop positive employee relations across corporate and plant locations.
• Handle Industrial Relations and workforce-related matters.
• Liaise with employees, worker representatives, contractors, and management when required.
• Support management in disciplinary actions and resolution
