Shift: 11:00 AM to 6:00 PM, so your evenings are yours
The Offer:
₹20,000 in-hand salary, fixed and guaranteed.
Incentives are a bonus on top, never a replacement.
Earn More As You Sell More
• Reach 70% of your target → 2% commission
• Reach 100% → 4% commission + ₹3,000 bonus
• Go past 130% → 6% commission on all your sales
• Star Performer of the Month → extra ₹10,000
Our best performers take home ₹30,000+ monthly.
All incentives are paid on cleared payments.
Your results set your pay. Your title doesn't.
What the Day Looks Like:
• Handle 80-120 inbound enquiry calls daily
• Talk to people who are already interested, with no cold calling
• Explain the offer, answer questions and close the sale.
This Role Suits You If You:
• Already have tele-sales experience (required)
• Are fluent in Hindi and English
• Enjoy working toward targets and being rewarded for them
• Know how to turn a conversation into a conversion.
Extra Edge: Understanding of Forex Trading or Prop Firms.
