Role Description The Reservations Ticketing Agent is a full-time, in office role based in Ajmer, responsible for managing travel bookings and ticket issuance for individual and corporate clients.



This position handles flight, hotel, and related reservations, verifies availability and fares, and ensures accurate documentation in the reservation systems. Day-to-day activities include responding to customer inquiries, advising on travel options, changes, and cancellations, and resolving booking issues in a timely and professional manner. The role involves coordinating with airlines and other travel partners, processing payments, and maintaining up-to-date records to support smooth travel experiences. The agent is expected to follow company procedures, meet service and sales targets, and provide courteous customer service aligned with Satguru’s standards.
