We are seeking a dynamic and creative Assistant Manager - Marketing Communications (MarCom) to support the development and execution of integrated marketing and communication strategies that enhance brand visibility, drive guest engagement, and support business growth.

Key Responsibilities
• Develop and implement marketing communication plans in line with business and brand objectives.
• Manage and execute digital marketing initiatives across social media platforms, websites, email campaigns, and online channels.
• Create engaging content for marketing collateral, social media, newsletters, press releases, and promotional campaigns.
• Coordinate public relations activities, media partnerships, influencer collaborations, and brand promotions.
• Plan and execute marketing campaigns, hotel promotions, F&B; activations, seasonal offers, and special events.
• Ensure brand consistency across all communication materials and customer touchpoints.
• Liaise with internal departments, creative agencies, media partners, and vendors to deliver marketing projects effectively.




• Monitor campaign performance, analyse marketing metrics, and prepare performance reports with recommendations.
• Manage marketing communication budgets and ensure cost-effective execution of campaigns.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitive activities to identify new opportunities.

Candidate Profile
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, Mass Communication, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of relevant experience in Marketing Communications, Brand Management, Digital Marketing, or related functions.
• Solid verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent content creation and copywriting abilities.
• Hands-on experience in digital marketing and social media management.
• Strong project management and stakeholder coordination skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar marketing tools.
