Video Editor — In-office, Bangalore
Key Responsibilities
Edit engaging videos for Instagram Reels, YouTube, social media campaigns, product videos and advertisements
Work closely with the Creative, Marketing and Product teams to understand content requirements
Convert raw footage into creative, visually appealing, platform-ready videos
Create short-form content such as Reels and Shorts
Add music, sound effects, transitions, graphics, text, subtitles and animations
Edit campaign videos and UGC content
Ensure videos align with the brand's visual identity and communication guidelines
Select suitable footage, music and visual elements for engaging storytelling
Stay current with social media video trends, editing styles and formats
Resize and adapt videos for different platforms and formats
Work on multiple projects simultaneously, delivering within agreed timelines
Organise and maintain video files, project files and creative assets
Coordinate with photographers, videographers,



designers and marketing team members as needed
Review final output for quality, accuracy, branding and technical specs before publishing
Required Skills
1-2 years of professional experience in video editing
Strong knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro
Working knowledge of After Effects preferred
Knowledge of Photoshop/Illustrator an added advantage
Good understanding of colour correction, audio editing, transitions, motion graphics and typography
Strong understanding of Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts and other short-form formats
Positive sense of visual composition, storytelling, timing and pacing
Ability to translate brand requirements into engaging video content
Comfortable working independently and collaboratively
Good communication and time-management skills
Strong attention to detail, able to work within deadlines
