Role Description The Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) is a full-time, in office leadership role based in Hyderabad.



This role is responsible for developing and executing the overall marketing strategy to support business growth in 1031 Exchanges and alternative tax strategies, ensuring brand consistency and alignment with regulatory and compliance requirements. Day-to-day responsibilities include overseeing market research, building marketing plans, managing public relations initiatives, and coordinating with sales leadership to drive demand and enhance client acquisition and retention. The CMO will lead and mentor the marketing team, manage budgets, analyze campaign performance, and present data-driven recommendations to senior leadership. Collaboration across departments, including compliance, advisory, and sales, is essential to maintain a unified and client-focused message.
