About Access Assist

The Communication Associate will therefore work across Access Assist and its associated organisations/projects, supporting communication, digital presence, content development and stakeholder engagement.

Role Overview
We are looking for a Communication Associate – Digital & Social Media who can combine robust communication and content-creation skills with a practical understanding of digital tools, AI, analytics and social media platforms.




The role will be responsible for developing and managing content across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook and X, while also supporting communication for projects, events, reports, partnerships and organisational initiatives.
The ideal candidate is not simply a social media executive. They should be able to understand a development or business idea, translate it into compelling content, create appropriate visual/digital assets, publish it across platforms, analyse performance and continuously improve the communication strategy.

Key Responsibilities
1. Social Media Management
• Develop and manage social media content across:
