• Key Responsibilities
• Payroll Processing: Oversee the end-to-end payroll cycle, including calculating salaries, deductions, and bonuses.
• Compliance: Prepare all PF and ESI challans as per the company and submit accordingly. (Must have prepared PF and ESI challans individually.)
• Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and confidential payroll records, attendance records, and employee data. • Reporting:



Prepare and file payroll-related reports and tax filings for internal and external stakeholders.
• System Management: Implement and optimize payroll software and systems, identifying and resolving any discrepancies.
• Collaboration: Coordinate closely with HR and finance departments on employee data, benefits, and compensation policies.
• Employee Relations: Respond to employee grievances and inquiries, and resolve payroll-related discrepancies, disciplinary issues, ensuring smooth labour relations.
• Connect with site supervisors for attendance approval of employees at site.
• Prepare timely and accurate Full and Final Settlement sheet.
• Prepare the arrear sheet, if any.
• Qualifications & Skills Education:

• Graduate in any discipline; MBA or Diploma in HR is preferred.
• Experience: Relevant experience in HR & Payroll.
