Robo Manager – Fabrication & Heavy Fabrication

Production Planning & Execution

Plan, monitor, and achieve daily/monthly production targets for fabrication and heavy fabrication products.

Ensure optimum utilization of manpower, machines, welding robots, fixtures, and other resources.

Robotic Welding & Automation

Manage robotic welding operations, programming, cycle-time improvement, and robot utilization.

Drive automation projects to improve productivity, consistency, and reduce manual intervention.

Product & Process Management

Take ownership of fabrication products from process planning through production.

Develop and optimize welding sequences, fixtures, jigs, WPS/PQR requirements,



and fabrication processes to meet drawing and customer specifications.

Quality, Cost & Delivery

Ensure products meet dimensional, welding, and quality standards while achieving production schedules.

Reduce rejection, rework, scrap, and manufacturing costs through continuous process improvement.

Team & Shop-Floor Management

Lead production engineers, supervisors, welders, robot operators, and fabrication teams.

Monitor KPIs such as OEE, productivity, rejection/rework, cycle time, downtime, on-time delivery, and production cost, and implement corrective actions.
