Role Description

The Customer Service Representative role at TraviYo is a full-time, on-site position based in Noida. In this role, the representative responds to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and other channels, providing accurate information about TraviYo’s services and platform features. Daily tasks include resolving service issues, guiding users through system functionalities, documenting interactions in CRM tools,



and following up to ensure timely resolution and customer satisfaction. The representative collaborates with internal teams to escalate complex issues, shares feedback to improve products and processes, and maintains a skilled, empathetic communication style. The role also involves educating customers on best practices for using TraviYo solutions and contributing to a positive overall customer experience.

Qualifications

• Ability to deliver high-quality customer service and maintain strong Customer Experience and Customer Satisfaction.
• Experience in Customer Support and Customer Service roles, preferably in technology or service-based environments.
• Background working as Customer Service Representatives or in similar client-facing positions.
• Skills in managing and improving Customer Experience through clear communication and problem-solving.
• Robust verbal and written communication skills in English; additional language skills are an adv
