Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Engineer role based in Vasai. The Sales Engineer will work closely with prospective and existing customers to understand their technical and business requirements and recommend suitable laser solutions. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting product demonstrations, preparing proposals and quotations, supporting the sales team in negotiations, and providing technical support before and after installation. The role also involves responding to customer inquiries,



coordinating with internal engineering and production teams, maintaining accurate sales and service records, and building long-term customer relationships. The Sales Engineer is expected to stay updated on product features, industry trends, and competitor offerings to effectively position the company’s solutions.
Qualifications
• Solid Sales Engineering and technical solution design skills, with the ability to translate customer needs into appropriate laser applications.
• Experience in Sales and Customer Service, including managing client relationships, handling inquiries, and supporting the sales cycle.
• Effective Communication skills, both verbal and written, for presenting technical concepts clearly to diverse stakeholders.
• Technical Support capabilities, including basic troubleshooting, product training, and coordination with engineering teams.
