Role Description The Banquet Manager is a full-time, in office role based in Pune, responsible for overseeing the planning and execution of banquets and events across StayBird’s venues. This role handles end-to-end event operations,



including coordinating with clients, managing banquet staff, and ensuring timely setup of dining areas, audio-visual equipment, and décor in line with event requirements. The Banquet Manager works closely with the Food & Beverage and kitchen teams to finalize menus, supervise service quality, and maintain hygiene and safety standards during events. Day-to-day responsibilities include monitoring guest satisfaction, resolving service issues, optimizing seating and flow, and managing inventory related to banquet supplies. The role also involves scheduling and guiding team members, supporting hiring and onboarding of banquet staff, and collaborating with sales and front office teams to deliver seamless event experiences.
