Role Description The Talent Acquisition Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Hauz Khas. The specialist will manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing candidates, screening applications, conducting initial interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers to fill roles across the firm. Daily responsibilities include drafting job descriptions, posting openings on relevant platforms, maintaining candidate pipelines, and ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.



The role also involves supporting employer branding initiatives, maintaining recruitment metrics, and collaborating with leadership to align hiring plans with business needs. The specialist will work closely with HR and department heads to ensure timely and high-quality hiring decisions.
