Role Description The Cosmetic Chemist will design, formulate, and optimize cosmetic and personal care products aligned with luxury brand standards and regulatory requirements. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing and testing formulations, evaluating ingredient compatibility, conducting stability and performance studies,



and documenting results for internal and external stakeholders. The role involves close collaboration with branding, product, and marketing teams to ensure that product performance, texture, fragrance, and safety support premium positioning and consumer expectations. The Cosmetic Chemist will also research emerging ingredients and technologies, maintain up-to-date knowledge of cosmetic regulations, and support scale-up and manufacturing guidance when needed. This is a contract, remote role that requires independent work, explicit communication, and reliable delivery of project milestones.
