Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Travel Sales Consultant to assist clients in planning and booking their domestic and international travel arrangements. The ideal candidate will understand customer requirements, recommend suitable travel options, prepare itineraries, and ensure a smooth travel experience from enquiry to completion.

Key Responsibilities

· Understand clients’ travel requirements, preferences, and budgets.
· Recommend suitable destinations, hotels, flights, tours, and travel packages.
· Prepare customized travel itineraries and quotations.
· Make reservations for flights, hotels, transportation, sightseeing, and other travel services.
· Handle domestic and international travel bookings and modifications.
· Provide accurate information regarding fares, schedules, visa requirements, travel documentation, and destination guidelines.
· Coordinate with airlines, hotels, tour operators, DMCs, and other travel service providers.
· Follow up with customers regarding quotations, bookings, payments, and travel confirmations.




· Assist customers with cancellations, amendments, refunds, and travel-related issues.
· Maintain accurate customer records and booking details.
· Ensure timely issuance of tickets, vouchers, invoices, and other travel documents.
· Handle customer queries and resolve complaints professionally.
· Maintain awareness of travel trends, destinations, seasonal offers, and applicable travel regulations.
· Achieve individual and team sales targets while maintaining high customer service standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications· Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
· Previous experience in travel consultancy, ticketing, tour operations, or the hospitality industry is an advantage.
· Positive knowledge of domestic and international travel destinations.
· Knowledge of airline ticketing and reservation systems such as Amadeus, Galileo, Sabr
