Role Description
This is a full time, on-site role for an Admission Counselor(F) located in Gaganpahad, Hyderabad. The Admission Counselor will be responsible for guiding prospective families through the admissions process, responding to inquiries, conducting campus tours, and ensuring a positive experience. Responsibilities also include providing detailed information about programs,



maintaining accurate records, and assisting in meeting enrollment goals through effective communication and customer service.

Qualifications
• Strong Interpersonal Communication and general Communication skills
• Customer Service and Sales expertise
• Experience or interest in Education and working with educational institutions
• Ability to build strong relationships and nurture trust with prospective families
• Proficiency in using CRM tools and basic office software
• Bachelor’s degree in any field; qualifications in education or related areas are a plus
• Team-oriented attitude, attention to detail, and strong organizational skills
• Fluency in English, Telugu & Hindi is an advantage
