About the Role
We are looking for a Performance Marketing Manager with robust hands-on expertise across Meta Ads & Google Ads to drive customer acquisition, retention and marketing efficiency.
The ideal candidate should have experience managing large-scale D2C/e-commerce brands, with a strong understanding of paid media, creative strategy, full-funnel performance, campaign optimization, and revenue-led growth.

Key Responsibilities
• Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Meta Ads and Google Ads.
• Manage and optimize marketplace advertising across Amazon, Myntra, AJIO, Nykaa Fashion, Flipkart, Tata CLiQ, and other relevant platforms.




• Develop full-funnel strategies covering customer acquisition, retargeting, marketplace visibility, and revenue growth.
• Manage campaign budgets, bidding, targeting, audience segmentation, keyword optimization, and campaign structures.
• Drive profitable growth while maintaining efficient ROAS, CAC, ACOS, and TACOS.
• Analyze campaign and SKU-level performance to identify opportunities for scaling and efficiency.
• Develop advertising strategies for product launches, seasonal campaigns, sale events, and promotional periods.
• Conduct audience and keyword research, competitor analysis, and structured campaign testing.
• Coordinate with creative and content teams to develop and test high-performing ad creatives.
• Monitor key performance metrics including ROAS, CAC, ACOS, TACOS, CTR, CPC, CPM, CVR, AOV, revenue, and profitability.
• Monitor competitor pricing, advertising activity, marketplace trends, and product visibility.
