Role Description The Sales Manager role at SSC Group is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru South. The Sales Manager will oversee day-to-day sales operations, including managing a sales team, setting and achieving sales targets, and driving revenue growth for luxury residential projects. This role involves nurturing client relationships, presenting project features and benefits, conducting site visits,



and guiding prospective buyers through the entire sales cycle from initial inquiry to closure. The Sales Manager will collaborate with marketing, customer service, and project teams to align sales strategies with business goals, monitor market trends, and provide regular performance reports and forecasts to leadership.
Qualifications
• Proven experience in real estate sales or property consulting, preferably in luxury residential projects.
• Strong customer relationship management skills with the ability to build trust and maintain long-term client partnerships.
• Experience in leading and motivating sales teams, setting targets, and implementing performance improvement strategies.
• Ability to conduct effective presentations, project walk-throughs, and negotiations with diverse client groups.
• Solid understanding of local real estate market dynamics in Bengaluru South and surrounding areas.
