About the RoleWe are looking for an entrepreneurial, highly execution-oriented individual to work directly with the Founder on building new consumer brands from the ground up.
This is not a conventional Brand Manager or Business Development role.
You will identify promising consumer opportunities, evaluate categories, develop brand and product concepts, work with manufacturers and suppliers, define unit economics, coordinate branding and packaging, plan go-to-market strategy, launch new brands, and track their early performance.
The role is ideal for someone who enjoys 0-to-1 business building and wants the opportunity to create multiple consumer businesses rather than manage only one established brand.
What You Will DoNew Business & Category Identification• Research emerging consumer categories, trends and changing customer behaviour.
• Identify gaps and opportunities across D2C, FMCG, wellness, personal care, food, nutrition, lifestyle and other consumer categories.




• Analyse competitors, pricing, product propositions, market size and customer pain points.
• Develop new business and brand ideas backed by commercial logic.
• Build initial business cases including pricing, margins, market potential, CAC assumptions and expected repeat behaviour.

Brand & Product Development• Convert promising opportunities into explicit brand concepts.
• Define the target customer, positioning, brand proposition, pricing and product architecture.
• Work on naming, packaging direction, product claims and overall brand identity with creative teams.
• Identify and evaluate manufacturers, suppliers and sourcing partners.
• Coordinate samples, product iterations, quotations, MOQs and timelines.
• Negotiate commercial terms with suppliers and manufacturing partners.
• Work with regulatory and internal teams where required.
