About the Role
CECA is looking for a proactive and target-driven Lead Generation Specialist to generate, qualify, and nurture potential clients for our education and migration services.
Key Responsibilities
• Generate new leads through outbound calling, LinkedIn, social media, online research, and other channels.
• Contact and qualify potential clients based on their requirements and eligibility.
• Conduct follow-ups with prospective clients and maintain regular communication.
• Maintain accurate lead information and activities in the CRM.
• Schedule qualified appointments for Education Counsellors and Migration Agents.
• Meet daily and monthly lead generation and calling targets.
• Work closely with the sales and counselling teams to improve lead conversion.
• Prepare regular reports on calling, lead generation, and follow-up activities.

Required Qualifications & Skills
• 2+ year of experience in lead generation,



telemarketing, sales, or business development.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Confident telephone and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with prospecting, lead qualification, and follow-ups.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and online lead-generation platforms.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Target-oriented, proactive, and self-motivated.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience in education, migration, or international student recruitment is an advantage.
