Role Description
The Facility Manager will be responsible for the overall management of housekeeping, soft services, facility operations, service quality, and client satisfaction at a prestigious client location. The role requires strong hospitality standards, leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain a premium and professional workplace.

Roles & Responsibilities• Manage day-to-day housekeeping and facility operations.
• Ensure high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and maintenance.




• Supervise housekeeping and support staff.
• Prepare duty rosters and manage staff attendance.
• Conduct regular inspections of the premises.
• Handle client requests, feedback, and complaints.
• Coordinate with security, engineering, pantry, pest control, and other service teams.
• Maintain housekeeping materials, equipment, and consumable stock.
• Ensure proper grooming, discipline, and service standards of staff.
• Support VIP meetings, events, and special requirements.
• Maintain daily reports, checklists, and operational records.
• Ensure compliance with safety and hygiene standards.
• Train and motivate staff to provide quality service.
• Maintain a professional and hospitality-oriented environment at the client location.

Candidate Profile• Experience in Hotel Housekeeping is preferred.
• Candidates with experience as Executive Housekeeper / Housekeeping Manager
