WE’RE HIRING | Social Media & Performance Marketing Specialist

What is Dream Big Education?
Dream Big Education is a career counselling and study abroad consultancy helping students make better decisions about their future, from exploring careers and choosing the right path to finding and applying to universities abroad.

We're looking for someone who understands that good education marketing is more than:
“Applications Open”
“Study Abroad”
“Top 5 Universities”

We want to build a brand that students and parents actually want to follow. Smart, useful, current and occasionally fun.

We’re looking for someone who can:
• Turn good content into great Reels, posts and campaigns
• Conceptualise, shoot and edit high-quality Reels
• Understand hooks, storytelling and what makes people stop scrolling
• Run Meta Ads focused on quality leads.

• Keep the brand young and fresh with useful information for students and parents.

The non-negotiables:
• Based in Mumbai and available for shoots
• Prior experience with education/study abroad brands
• Robust portfolio of content + Reels
• Hands-on experience with Meta lead-generation campaigns

Think you might be a good fit? Send us your portfolio, along with answers to these two questions:

• Which education/study abroad brand do you think is doing content really well, and why?
• If our Meta campaigns were bringing in plenty of leads but very few serious students, what are the first 3 things you’d investigate or change?

Please email the above to [email protected] - we're looking to hire ASAP.
