Role Description The Export Service Engineer is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai,



responsible for providing technical service and support for Newtronic equipment supplied to international customers. Day-to-day activities include diagnosing and resolving equipment issues, performing preventive and corrective maintenance, and coordinating field service visits to customer sites. The role involves offering remote and on-site technical support, preparing service reports, and ensuring timely resolution of service requests. The Export Service Engineer collaborates with internal teams and global distributors, supports installation and commissioning, and provides training and guidance to customers on proper operation and upkeep of equipment. The role also includes documentation of service activities, feedback to R&D; and product teams, and adherence to relevant regulatory and quality standards.
