Role Description The Warehouse Associate is a full-time, on-site role based in Agra. This role involves receiving incoming shipments, unloading goods, verifying quantities, and organizing products within the warehouse. The Associate will prepare orders by packing and labeling items, staging pallets for shipment, and assisting with shipping and receiving documentation. Daily tasks include operating material handling equipment, maintaining a clean and safe work area, and following company safety and inventory control procedures.



The role also requires close collaboration with supervisors and team members to meet productivity and accuracy targets.
Qualifications
• Experience with Shipping & Receiving processes, including checking, recording, and organizing incoming and outgoing goods.
• Proficiency in Packing and Unloading tasks, with attention to product safety and accuracy.
• Ability to safely operate Forklift Operation and Pallet Jack equipment, following all safety guidelines.
• Basic numeracy and record-keeping skills, with the ability to follow written instructions and work orders.
• Physical ability to stand, lift, and move products for extended periods, using proper lifting techniques.
• Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred, especially in manufacturing or footwear environments.
• Reliability, punctuality, and willingness to work in a team-focused, on-site setting in Agra.
