Customer Support Representative – Logistics & Shipping

We are hiring a Customer Support Executive with hands-on experience in the Logistics, Shipping, or Freight Forwarding industry.

The ideal candidate should have practical experience in shipment coordination, container tracking, shipping-line coordination, and customer communication. Prior experience in Logistics/Shipping/Freight Forwarding is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities
• Handle customer queries related to shipments and provide timely updates.
• Track containers and shipments and provide regular status updates.
• Coordinate with shipping lines regarding vessel schedules and shipment movements.
• Monitor and communicate ETA, ETD, and other important shipment milestones.
• Handle logistics/shipping portals and maintain shipment-related information.
• Coordinate internally for quotations,



documentation, and operational updates.
• Follow up on customer requests and ensure timely resolution.
• Communicate professionally with domestic and international clients.

Mandatory Requirements:-

• 1–2 years of relevant experience in Logistics, Shipping or Freight Forwarding.
• Hands-on experience in shipment/container tracking and coordination.
• Good understanding of ETA, ETD, vessel schedules, and shipping terminology.
• Experience coordinating with shipping lines and customers.
• Solid customer-handling and query-resolution skills.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Comfortable working from the office in Vaishali, Ghaziabad.
• Salary expectations within ₹35,000–₹40,000 per month.

Candidates without prior Logistics, Shipping or Freight Forwarding industry experience will not be considered.
