About KidPro

KidPro runs live, online fitness classes for kids aged 4 to 14. Certified coaches build strength, balance, coordination and confidence through fundamental movement, animal movement, yoga and Taekwondo, all from home. We've trained 500+ kids with a 4.9★ rating from parents, and we're growing quick.

The role

You'll be the bridge between parents, coaches and our sales team. You'll make sure every family that books a demo gets a smooth, on-time class experience, from first booking to regular classes and renewals. If you love organising things, talking to people and keeping a lot of moving parts running, this role is for you.

What you'll do
- Schedule demos and classes: confirm demo slots with parents and match them to coach availability across morning, afternoon and evening batches
- Own parent communication: handle WhatsApp and calls for class reminders, reschedules, queries and feedback, and keep parents informed and happy
- Coordinate coaches: manage coach calendars, batch allocation, attendance and replacements when a coach is unavailable
- Track class operations:



keep demo, class and attendance records accurate in Google Sheets and our internal dashboards
- Support renewals: spot families who are close to renewal or missing classes, and flag them early to the sales team
- Handle payout inputs: verify coach class counts each month so payouts are correct and on time
- Solve problems: handle missed demos, tech issues on calls and escalations calmly and quickly

What we're looking for
- 2 to 4 years in customer success, operations, scheduling or coordination (EdTech, fitness, healthcare or other consumer services preferred)
- Excellent communication in English and Hindi (another regional language is a plus)
- Strong Google Sheets / Excel skills, comfortable with trackers, filters and basic formulas
- Very organised, able to juggle 30+ parents and multiple coaches a day without dropping anything
- Calm, warm and solution-first on the phone and on WhatsAp
