Job OverviewHouse of Fett is looking for a customer-focused CRM Executive/Manager to manage customer relationships, follow-ups, feedback, and retention activities. The candidate will work closely with the Retail, E-commerce, Marketing, and Customer Support teams to improve customer experience and drive repeat business.
Key Responsibilities• Manage customer database and maintain accurate customer information.
• Handle customer communication through calls, WhatsApp, email, and other channels.
• Follow up with customers for enquiries, orders, abandoned carts, and repeat purchases.
• Build strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
• Collect and track customer feedback, reviews, and complaints.
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and ensure timely closure.
• Identify opportunities for repeat sales, upselling, and cross-selling.




• Coordinate with stores and e-commerce teams for customer/order-related issues.
• Track CRM activities, follow-ups, conversions, and customer retention.
• Prepare daily/weekly CRM reports and share insights with management.
• Support customer engagement campaigns, offers, and loyalty activities.

Requirements• 1–3 years of experience in CRM, Customer Support, Retail, Fashion, or E-commerce.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good Hindi and English communication.
• Strong follow-up and customer-handling skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets.
• Experience with CRM software, WhatsApp CRM, Shopify, or similar tools will be an advantage.
• Fashion/Retail experience preferred.
• Customer-focused, proactive, and target-oriented approach.
