Virtelligence is seeking a seasoned Senior Manager – Strategic Alliances & Partnerships to build and scale our strategic partner ecosystem across ServiceNow, Microsoft, Workday, and the healthcare technology market.
This is a high-visibility leadership role. You will own alliance strategy end to end, building executive relationships with our platform partners, designing joint go-to-market (GTM) and co-sell motions, standing up alliance governance, and driving partner-sourced and partner-influenced revenue growth. This role is based in office in Islamabad and works in close daily collaboration with our U.S. sales, delivery, and marketing leadership. Overlap with U.S. business hours is required.
What You'll Do
Strategic Partnership & Alliance Management
• Develop and execute Virtelligence's ServiceNow, Microsoft, and Workday healthcare alliance strategy
• Build and maintain executive-level relationships with partner organizations, healthcare clients, and consulting/system integrator (SI) partners
• Design scalable co-sell motions, joint account plans, and referral strategies




• Drive partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline generation and revenue growth
• Establish alliance governance frameworks, quarterly business reviews (QBRs), and performance scorecards

Healthcare Ecosystem & Go-to-Market Leadership
• Identify strategic opportunities across providers, payers, life sciences, and healthcare services organizations
• Partner with sales, delivery, marketing, and solutions teams to build joint healthcare offerings
• Support strategic pursuits, executive client engagements, proposal development, and deal shaping
• Align alliance strategy to enterprise growth objectives and healthcare transformation priorities

Joint Solutions & Partner Enablement
• Build partner-focused offerings across:
• ServiceNow — ITSM, CMDB, HAM Pro, SAM Pro, ITAM, HRSD, AI, and managed services
• Workday — HCM, Financial Management, Supply Chain
• Microsoft — Azure, Microsoft Cloud, Copilot,
