Role - Manager - Pre - Sales & Marketing

Location: Sector 49, Gurgaon.

Working Model: 6Days - 5Days from office - Saturday (Work from Home)

About the Role:

We are looking for a Manager - Pre-Sales & Marketing to lead our lead-generation and marketing team. The role involves managing inbound & outbound marketing, B2B lead generation, pre-sales activities, and team performance.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and mentor a team of 45 members.

- Drive inbound & outbound lead-generation activities.

- Develop strategies to generate and qualify quality leads.

- Manage email, LinkedIn, calling, and other outreach campaigns.

- Coordinate with the sales team for lead conversion and follow-ups.

- Track team performance, leads, conversions, and pipeline.

- Prepare regular performance reports and improve campaign effectiveness.

Requirements

- 4-7 years of experience in Pre-Sales / Lead Generation / B2B Marketing / Inside Sales.

- Team-handling experience preferred.

- Strong communication and presentation skills.

- Good understanding of inbound & outbound marketing.

- Experience with CRM and lead-generation tools.

- Target-oriented with robust analytical and people-management skills.
