ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a high-calibre, execution-focused professional to join the CEO’s Office as Founder’s office for the Bells business in Singapore. The role will work closely with the CEO to translate strategic priorities into execution, drive business performance, solve cross-functional problems and ensure critical initiatives move from decision to closure.
This is a high-ownership role for someone who has hands-on experience working with Founders, CEOs or CXOs and can operate as a trusted business partner—not as a coordinator. The individual will act as an extension of the CEO’s Office, bringing structure, pace, accountability and insight to the Singapore business.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

· Act as a strategic and execution partner to the CEO, converting priorities into explicit plans, owners, milestones and outcomes.
· Drive the CEO’s agenda for Bells across business performance, growth, operations, people and strategic initiatives.
· Own high-priority cross-functional projects end-to-end—from problem definition and analysis through implementation and closure.




· Partner with Singapore leadership and HODs to track business priorities, identify gaps and drive timely resolution.
· Build and run structured business reviews, dashboards and action trackers; provide concise insights, risks and recommendations to the CEO.
· Proactively identify business issues and opportunities, develop solution options and support data-backed decision-making.
· Ensure decisions taken by the CEO / leadership team are translated into action and followed through to measurable outcomes.
· Work across India and Singapore teams to strengthen alignment, governance, execution discipline and organisational effectiveness.
· Handle sensitive business and leadership matters with a high degree of discretion, maturity and confidentiality.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

· 8–12 years of experience, preferably in Chief of Staff, Founder’s Office, Strategy, Business Operations, Consulting or a simil
