Job Responsibilities• Support day-to-day administrative and operational activities.
• Coordinate with students, trainers, internal teams, and management.
• Handle inquiries and provide information about courses and training programs.
• Assist with admissions, follow-ups, and maintaining student records.
• Support business development and promotional activities.
• Coordinate schedules, meetings, training sessions, and events.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and basic documentation.
• Maintain professional communication with students and external stakeholders.
• Assist management in executing daily tasks and organizational initiatives.

Required Skills• Valuable verbal and written communication skills.




• Strong coordination and interpersonal abilities.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to multitask and work independently.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Fresh graduates with strong communication and management skills are encouraged to apply.

QualificationGraduate / Postgraduate in any relevant discipline
