Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Certified Personal Trainer role based in Bengaluru. The trainer will design and deliver personalized training programs, conduct fitness assessments,



and lead individual or small-group sessions aligned with client goals and AURUM’s premium standards. Day-to-day responsibilities include guiding clients through secure and effective exercises, demonstrating proper technique, and adjusting plans based on progress, limitations, or rehabilitation needs. The role involves providing basic nutrition guidance within certification scope, tracking performance metrics, and collaborating with nutrition and rehab professionals to support holistic wellness. The trainer will maintain a clean and organized training environment, use client management systems for scheduling and documentation, and actively contribute to a high-touch, luxury client experience through clear communication and professional conduct.
