Role Overview

We are looking for a Student Success Coordinator Intern who will be responsible for communicating with parents, following up with prospective and existing students, coordinating class schedules, and ensuring a smooth experience for students and families.

This is a people-facing role that requires solid communication, organization, follow-up, and relationship-building skills.

Key Responsibilities
- Follow up with new leads and prospective parents through WhatsApp, email, and calls.
- Understand parents' requirements and help them choose suitable classes.
- Schedule and coordinate trial and regular classes with tutors.
- Coordinate class rescheduling and handle scheduling changes.
- Communicate with parents regarding class timings, attendance,



and general queries.
- Follow up with parents after trial classes and assist with enrollment.
- Maintain accurate student, parent, tutor, and scheduling records.
- Track upcoming classes, trials, and follow-ups.
- Check in with parents to understand their satisfaction and address basic concerns.
- Coordinate between parents, students, and tutors to ensure smooth class delivery.
- Escalate academic, payment, or other complex issues to the appropriate team member.
- Help maintain a positive and professional experience for every BrightRise family.

Requirements
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
- Comfortable communicating with parents professionally.
- Good follow-up and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple conversations and schedules.
- Basic knowledge of Google Sheets, Google Calendar, WhatsApp, and email.
- Responsible, proactive, and punctual.
