Role Description The Technical Support Engineer role is a full-time, on-site position located in Ramanathapuram. This role involves providing technical support for gas turbine power plant systems, including diagnosing issues, performing root cause analysis, and coordinating repairs or corrective actions. The Technical Support Engineer will respond to customer inquiries, guide users through troubleshooting steps,



and document solutions and recurring issues. Day-to-day tasks include monitoring system performance, collaborating with maintenance and operations teams, preparing technical reports, and ensuring that customer concerns are addressed promptly. The role also requires adherence to safety protocols and participation in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance reliability and customer satisfaction.
