Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Intern role based in Giridih. The Sales Intern will support the sales team by identifying prospective clients, assisting with outreach, and following up on leads generated through digital campaigns. Responsibilities include participating in client calls or meetings, preparing sales materials and presentations, updating CRM or lead-tracking tools, and helping respond to client inquiries.



The intern will also collaborate with marketing and product teams to understand GrowVix’s AI-driven solutions and communicate their value to potential customers. Training and guidance will be provided to help the intern develop practical sales skills and knowledge of the agency’s services.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with prospective and existing clients.
• Candidates should possess foundational Sales skills and an interest in Sales Management to support lead generation and sales activities.
• Candidates should possess the ability to learn quickly and engage in Training to improve sales techniques and product understanding.
• Candidates should possess basic computer literacy and familiarity with online tools such as email, presentations, and spreadsheets.
