The Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and operationally sound Head of R&D; to drive product innovation, standardization, and quality excellence. The ideal candidate will be deeply conversant in developing recipes from scratch, as well as engineering Semi-Finished Goods (SFG) architectures that ensure consistency, reduce kitchen prep time, and maintain authentic flavors across our entire Sweets & Savories, Bakery & Beverages, Restaurant vertical.

Key Responsibilities:

* End-to-End Product Development: Conceptualize, formulate, and launch innovative products across Indian Sweets, Savories, Bakery items, and Beverages.





* SFG & Central Kitchen Integration: Develop and standardize Semi-Finished Goods (SFGs), bases, pre-mixes, and gravies to streamline kitchen operations and ensure strict flavor consistency across branches.

* Scale-Up & Process Engineering: Transition recipes seamlessly from the test kitchen to commercial production, establishing optimal freezing, chilling, or packaging parameters for SFGs.

* Standardization & Quality Control: Define raw material specifications, create precise Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and conduct rigorous shelf-life testing for both finished and semi-finished components.

* Cost Optimization: Manage recipe costing, yield analysis, and ingredient substitution to achieve target margins without compromising on quality.
