Experience: 3+ Years in Study-Abroad Counselling / Admissions
Role:
Guide students through the complete study-abroad admission journey, including course and university selection, applications, follow-ups, and visa guidance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Counsel students through calls/virtual meetings.
• Guide students on courses, universities, and destinations.
• Assist with applications, SOPs, LORs, and documents.
• Provide visa guidance and admission support.
• Maintain regular student follow-ups.
• Keep Meritto CRM and lead status updated.
• Support webinars, exhibitions, and events.
• Senior Counsellor:



Mentor junior counsellors and handle complex student cases.

Required Skills:
• Strong knowledge of study-abroad admissions.
• Excellent communication and counselling skills.
• Knowledge of international destinations.
• CRM and lead-management experience.
• Student-focused approach with enrolment/conversion ability.

Destinations: UK, Ireland, Europe, Germany, Dubai, Current Zealand, Australia & MBBS destinations.
