About the Role
Jay Finance Private Limited is an NBFC focused on Short Term Personal Loans. We are hiring a Business Head who will run the business end to end for our loan book, short tenure loans disbursed at speed, with repeat borrowing as a core part of the business. You will own business disbursals, collections and portfolio quality, and ensure every loan meets RBI requirements.

Key Responsibilities
• Own the business P&L; and deliver monthly targets for loan sourcing, disbursals and collections.
• Lead, train and monitor the business team across sales, operations and collections, with explicit daily and weekly targets.
• Work with the Credit team so that salaried applicants are appraised within tight TAT and in line with credit policy.
• Drive early-bucket collections on short tenure loans and keep First Payment Default (FPD), bounce rate and roll rates within target.
• Grow repeat/returning borrower business while keeping affordability and repayment capacity at the centre of every lending decision.




• Build local sourcing channels and employer or corporate tie-ups to widen the borrower base.
• Ensure KYC, documentation, Key Fact Statement disclosure and the RBI Fair Practices Code are followed on every loan.
• Handle customer escalations and grievances promptly, in line with the company's grievance redressal process.
• Prepare daily and monthly MIS on disbursals, collections and portfolio quality for senior management, and keep the business audit-ready.

Required Skills & Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in any discipline; MBA / PGDM in Finance or Management preferred.
• 3 to 8 years of experience in BFSI / NBFC lending, with hands on experience in short-term loans specifically, this is mandatory, not just
