About the Role
We are looking for an energetic and relationship-driven Manager – Event Sponsorship to lead sponsorship acquisition and partnership management for LifeCraft4U's growing portfolio of events, retreats, workshops,



podcasts, festivals, and community experiences.
This full time, on-site role is responsible for identifying, securing, and managing sponsorships that align with LifeCraft4U's mission, audience, and brand values. You will build strategic relationships with corporates, consumer brands, institutions, and ecosystem partners while creating sponsorship opportunities that deliver measurable value for both sponsors and the LifeCraft4U community.
Key Responsibilities
• Identify, prospect, and secure corporate sponsorships for LifeCraft4U events, retreats, workshops, podcasts, and experiential programs.
• Build, nurture, and manage long-term relationships with brands, corporates, and institutional partners.
• Develop compelling sponsorship proposals, customized partnership packages, and presentation decks.
• Negotiate sponsorship agreements, commercial terms, and partnership deliverables.
