Role Description The Customer Relationship Management Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai, responsible for developing and executing strategies to strengthen customer relationships and maximize customer lifetime value. This role includes managing CRM systems, creating customer segmentation and engagement plans, and coordinating with sales and marketing teams to drive retention, cross-selling,



and upselling initiatives. The CRM Manager will monitor customer data and feedback, analyze performance metrics, and identify opportunities to improve customer experience and service processes. Day-to-day activities involve leading CRM-related projects, collaborating with internal stakeholders, preparing regular reports and dashboards, and ensuring that customer communication and interactions are timely, consistent, and aligned with business goals.
