We're hiring: S&OP; Manager | Mario Head Office, Delhi

Every day at Mario, sales wants to sell more, the plants want long stable runs, and the warehouses want less stock. Someone has to turn those three into one plan the whole company works to.

We're looking for a hands-on S&OP; Manager to own that plan.

What you'll do
• Build and run the monthly S&OP; cycle: demand review, supply review, and the executive meeting
• Own the demand forecast by SKU and channel, and track forecast accuracy
• Convert demand into a production plan across plants and lines
• Plan raw and packing material with procurement so nothing runs short or piles up
• Set finished-goods inventory norms and drive down stock-outs and ageing stock
• Run the weekly plan-versus-actual review and chase the fixes
• Make the plan visible to everyone in ERPNext and Excel

Who we're looking for
• Graduate in Engineering, Supply Chain,



or Commerce. MBA in Operations is a plus
• 6 to 10 years in demand or supply planning, with 3+ years running S&OP; end to end
• Food, FMCG, or short-shelf-life products experience is a solid plus
• Advanced Excel is a must. ERP planning modules a strong plus
• Someone who can get sales, plant, and procurement to agree on one number, and hold them to it

Location: Head Office, Delhi, near Indira Gandhi International Airport
